Keith is highly experienced in property development, with a specialized focus on opportunities in the Bahamas, Florida Keys, and North Florida. Over the years, he has worked with a robust portfolio of coastal and island properties, which includes boutique residential communities as well as large-scale mixed-use and hospitality projects. As a founder and Chief Development Officer, Tim Campbell provides strategic leadership for all aspects of our projects. With over 35 years of experience, he has worked with and for world-class developers across the US and the Caribbean.
Before founding Winterbourne, Tim served as a director of master planning at BRPH and was a partner at Site Concepts International, where he designed large luxury resorts worldwide. As an integral member of the Ginn Development Group from 2000 to 2009, he helped develop 15 properties into high-end resorts and commercial spaces, which resulted in over $5 billion in real estate sales.
Tim is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in real estate development, resort community planning, project visioning, and design management.
